Topic — what matches what you follow. Time — what changed and when. Evidence — the traceable source, which is not automatically verified truth. Action — what needs review next. ASK compares these four dimensions before proposing a next step; production acceptance is a separate gate.

This initial build desk handles the first two steps and makes a reviewable handoff. Automatic code changes, scheduled news collection, forecasts and deployment require separate implementation and approval.
